For those who may have forgotten Father's Day is Sunday June 20, 2010. If you have not already got a gift for Dad we have a few ideas that may be helpful in your quest. It has been difficult economically for many Americans and so some of the more creative gifts can have no financial cost at all.

1. For those whose Dad still relies on the CD player. No problem burn him a mix of his favorite music.

2. No neck tie. This is not a gift we know but a not gift. Avoid the tie. This is not a gift but a non-gift. Get a card or send a e-card. If Dad is in another state walk him through setting up skype and if he has a computer and web cam have a video call with him.

3. Electronics. You can never go wrong with electronics. If there is a gadget that Dad has had his eye on and within your budget do it. It will be great surprise. A new digital camera, a new flat screen for the bedroom, a netbook or blue-ray player.

4. Social Networking. If your Dad is not the social network inclined perhaps one can spend some time creating a page with him, uploading photos finding old friends and associates.

5. Coupons. Homemade coupons with for example one day of uninterrupted football watching and beer or one weekend with no shopping and waiting. Coupons can be as creative and imaginative as possible. The best part its free.
